The building feels fairly new, organized, clean, and everything works correctly, but it’s extremely difficult to locate because it’s tucked away.

There’s always a bad smell at the entrance and inside the apartment. The reception staff could be more helpful and cooperative, although perhaps that’s because he doesn’t speak English. The room cleaning is also not up to a good standard.
