Nice accommodation with lake access! Unfortunately, Bolsena is only reachable via a heavily trafficked road, so it’s not great for cyclists or pedestrians. The equipment is adequate, but none of the pans could be used because they were severely scratched, and the larger coffee maker is unusable.

Easy, spacious, comfortable beds, a nice pool. The lake with the private beach is unforgettable: black sand, wonderfully clear water. The pool only opens at 9 am.

The private beach and proximity to Bolsena are great, but the apartment needs better cleaning.
