Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Tolle Lage in Bahnhofsnähe - idealerweise den Ausgang Hauptbahnhof Ost benutzen. Allgemein gutes Erscheinungsbild des Hauses von außen. Teppichboden im Flur vor den Zimmern, dringende Reinigung anzuraten. Reinigung des Zimmers nur alle drei Tage - frische Handtücher bei Bedarf an der Rezeption erhältlich

Located close to Vienna main station, very clean, good value for money. Reception staff was little welcoming

The breakfast was good, and the spot was very convenient since tram D quickly takes you to Vienna’s main attractions and is very busy. The décor felt cold and impersonal, and the reception required you to check yourself in on the computers at the front desk – a training to phase out all staff soon? The room offered very little storage, feeling like an Ibis room.

The location was great and the room was also nice and quiet, but the room felt a bit stuffy because the ventilation/air‑conditioning didn’t seem to work properly.
