The building was spotless, well organised and the staff were welcoming and very kind. I especially appreciated the welcome gifts and the check‑out gifts; it felt like we were truly pampered. Everything else was perfect.

I enjoyed the clean, nice room and the excellent, varied food included in the half‑board. The staff were very friendly and the service was great, especially thanks to Davide! The only issue was that there were a few extra mirrors in the corridors that sometimes caused confusion.

Posizione ottima, a 10 minuti in bus dal centro di Brunico, e con un rapido cambio da lì si può arrivare agli impianti di risalita in altri 10 minuti. Colazione e cena eccellenti! Staff cordialissimo e molto disponibile, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ottima anche la piscina e i servizi!. Il materasso forse avrebbe bisogno di essere sostituito, sembrava non essere in piano
