Unfortunately, the door to our room was extremely difficult to open and close, and to make matters worse, the TV didn't work at all.

I appreciated the keyless entry system, which made our stay feel more convenient. However, when I took a shower, the water would splash over onto the toilet, thanks to a design flaw that didn't quite work as intended.

Everything at this hotel worked seamlessly, making our stay feel effortless and relaxed. The rooms were beautifully clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere inside the hotel was lovely. We've been here twice now, and the excellent service and comfortable rooms make up for the lack of outdoor space, such as a garden or courtyard.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel - the location, atmosphere, rooms, and staff all exceeded my expectations. Everything was top-notch, and I couldn't find anything to complain about. The overall experience was truly exceptional.
