The room size was fine, but I was actually given the wrong hotel – instead of this one I was sent to a place called “Royal view cottage”; after that it was a series of false ads, no Wi‑Fi, staff seemed uninterested, the room was in a very scratchy state, the bed didn’t fit the frame, there were no towels or soap, and it felt like a third‑class stay rather than a professional hotel; I suspect the staff moved me to another hotel because the original was over‑booked, and on top of that I was told to pay 30% in advance to confirm the booking against the regulations – so if you plan to stay here, keep that in mind; in short I feel I was scammed.

I was told by the owner or manager that he would mail me and cancel the booking, even though we claimed we had confirmation from the system. His phone demeanor was uncomfortable, and the hotel management later informed me that the room was under maintenance after I had already booked it. Very disgusting. Ravi Mangal Guna M.P 9425132446. Before heading to Manali, they advised me not to come because the property was under maintenance—embarrassing.

The place was the best to stay; the rooms, food, and service were outstanding.

“Excellent staff and excellent service. Hotel is in very good area.”

All the staff working there were extremely friendly and provided excellent service.
