“Money hungry staff at a nice hotel”
Location and cleanliness of the place. The staff were very concerned about money. I asked for a taxi and they quoted me four times the normal rate, so I just got an Uber. I wanted a drink with ice and they said I had to pay; I was like of course I will pay for the drink, but they said you have to pay for ice too. They spoke in their language and said “ask for extra he will not know.” I don’t look like a Bangladesh person but I answered back in Bengali and they were embarrassed and apologized. Even in the breakfast, they said the cheap basic coffee is free but other coffee you have to pay; it’s all about money here. Staff need some training to be polite and welcoming for guests.
