The breakfast wasn’t varied, and the bus schedule was terribly bad—moving before prayer at an unreasonable time.
The place was clean, organised, had a nice breakfast, and a 24‑hour shuttle, but the breakfast could use more variety.
“Will not ho again”
They did provide a shuttle, but the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful; reception rarely answered the phone, and whenever I asked for basic items like face wash or lotion I was told they didn’t have them, only after I complained did they give me lotion. When I was leaving, I asked for tape to pack my luggage, was told none were available, yet a staff member later pulled a roll from his trolley; it felt like the staff simply didn’t want to help, making the whole stay frustrating and disappointing.

The stay was excellent and the services were marvellous, and there was nothing worth mentioning.
“Comfortable stay with family”
Good location, continuous bus service, excellent breakfast, and a barber in the adjacent hotel; however, I was offered a smoking room that was smelly, and although I booked a quadruple room with queen beds, it ended up with 2 queen beds and 2 smaller cots.
