The location was great, but the sheets and towels were lacking.

The reception matched my expectations: very friendly, attentive, and they were waiting for us exactly at the time I had said we would arrive. When I booked, I reserved two rooms with breakfast included. The site mistakenly didn't inform me that due to a seasonal change the breakfast service was no longer available. Upon arrival, what was actually booked was a two‑room suite at the back of the hotel without breakfast, so we had to look on Maps for an open local.

The location is perfect, the place is beautiful, far beyond what I imagined.

Total disaster, bad people, we arranged everything through an app. Parking schedule was fine, but when I arrived at the agreed time I was simply not attended to and had to leave at midnight to find somewhere to rest. Service was terrible.
