We enjoyed a pleasant stay at Thái Bảo 4 Hotel; the room was clean, quiet, and the bed linen fresh. The price was great value, but what really stood out was the outstanding personal service. The manager was kind, professional, and helpful, guiding us to good local spots for breakfast and dinner, showing us where to go, and even helping with Vietnamese ordering. His attentiveness made a real difference. The staff kept us comfortable, and we truly appreciated their hospitality.

The welcome was very friendly, the premises were clean and well maintained, and there was an indoor scooter/bike garage. The area felt a bit isolated, which we knew beforehand, and there was not much food nearby.
