I had a pleasant stay; the hotel was easy to reach and the staff were friendly, with no issues to mention.

The location was great and the hotel welcomed dogs, though the air conditioner could have been cooler.

The room was horrendously dirty; I spent two hours cleaning it just to sleep, and I have photos to show how filthy it was. I want a refund.

The staff were very courteous, the place was clean, and the pool was enjoyable. Our 3‑bedroom suite worked well for our large family and the kitchenette was convenient. The location was solid and the overall value was good. However, when I turned on the heater a large puff of smoke escaped from the unit, and the TV was broken; we didn't ask for repairs because it was late, but I know they would have fixed it.
