The hotel's location is great, but that's where the positives end. Our room was a bit small and had no window, which was a bit of a disappointment. The breakfast was also just average.

The location was a major plus, just a stone's throw from the airport. However, my experience was marred by a series of mishaps. I was only allowed to check in at 3 pm, and to make matters worse, they forgot to send a pick-up vehicle for me. The aircon in the room was ancient and barely functional. Needless to say, I won't be staying here again anytime soon.

The hotel's location was a major plus, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, that's where the positives ended for me. The room was small but spotless, and the staff were friendly and helpful, even when I checked in late. However, the real letdown was the food – the options were limited and unimpressive, with nothing that really caught my eye. I ended up eating out most nights, which wasn't ideal.

The staff at this hotel were really attentive and helpful, which was a nice touch. However, they didn't offer room service after a certain time, which was a bit inconvenient.
