The room is clean and comfortable. No complaints.

They didn't have our reservation even though I had the confirmation right there. The man at the front desk kept telling me there was nothing he could do about it. The hotel was fully booked and there were no more rooms available.

Everything was new, the staff were great, and I liked the breakfast. The only downside was that there was no pool.
