“Just wrong but it’s ok”
The staff were rude, but the rooms were fine; the water was cold and had a slight mold smell.

This place is better than most extended‑stay hotels; it’s clean and the staff are helpful, though there’s no breakfast and you have to buy kitchen supplies yourself.

At least I had a roof over my head, but everything else was awful—especially the bathroom.

The location is good, but the front‑desk staff are a problem.

The front desk was often left unattended, which made communication unnecessarily difficult. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was equally disappointing. Both staff and management communicated in a manner that came across as dismissive, unprofessional, and at times disrespectful. Good customer service begins with clear communication, professionalism, and simply treating people with courtesy and respect. Based on my experience, those basic standards were lacking. The tone and approach of both staff and management left a very unpleasant impression and made an already frustrating situation even worse. I didn’t like the lack of communication and customer service. The front desk was frequently unattended, making it difficult to get assistance when needed. I was also disappointed by the way both staff and management communicated. Their tone and approach often came across as dismissive and disrespectful rather than professional and courteous
