The central spot in a lovely small town in a beautiful region was great, but the room was a bit noisy, the street windows were leaky so we could hear traffic at night, the bathroom lighting was weak and had no outlet, the toilet tiles didn’t smell good, the door didn’t seal against the frame letting in drafts, we arrived without a TV remote, the wardrobe had only four hangers, breakfast was okay even though the coffee machine often jammed, and we didn’t use the wellness area because it was always crowded and the air felt musty.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was fine, but the pool was tiny and dirty, the shower on the first morning had brown water, and although parking was mentioned there were only three spots on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

Breakfast was good, there was an elevator and the location was convenient, yet the wellness area’s opening hours were severely limited, the pool was too small and quickly full, no relaxation was possible because kids playing in the water made it too loud, and there were only three parking spaces for over fifty rooms.
