The location was central, which made it very convenient.

The place is practically in the center of Grosseto, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the building feels neither modern nor well-maintained: there was no shower tray, the entire bathroom got wet, it had no windows, and the shower curtain was covered in mildew. The double bed was really just two mattresses pressed together, and overall the room was poorly kept.
