I’m a returning guest after many years; the hostess at reception gave me the worst experience of all my visits to 5‑star hotels, even in Bolivian hotels (Cochabamba, Camino Real La Paz). The bedroom looked very old and didn’t match a 5‑star standard; the towels were old and unusable; the bathroom sink was broken with no drainage fixture; the bar fridge looked garbage. I’m really disgusted.

“Very nice hotel with very good breakfast buffet and SPA facilities. Very recommendable.”

The hotel was very nice and gave us all the comfort we needed; the breakfast buffet had a wide variety and the staff were very friendly; the spa facilities were also nice. We’ll return for our next holidays in Bolivia. We liked everything, except the swimming pool wasn’t deep enough for swimming, but on the last day we found another adults‑only pool that was deeper, so we could swim.
