“Don't go there, it's a scam”
Just ok, nothing exceptional. Reviews on booking. Com don't do justice, are misleading mostly. Firstly, exact location is not correct You can't reach there with its help. Secondly, they ask for GBP 300 as security deposit, honestly speaking stuff there is not with GBP300 and then they reimburse after 7 days. Thirdly, inspire of doing booking they do there separate booking on phone, and ask irrelevant personal questions which made me very uncomfortable. Like asking my age, my purpose of being in UK, What I do for living etc, it's none of their business!!! Then the person on the phone will make you wait for quite some time for some sort of approval, while you'll be standing in a street with your family. Afterwards they'll tell the correct address!!!! Checkout between 9 and 10, seriously on vacations we had to wake up early and pack to make it in time. And most annoying of all was there Mr. Raj, who continously harassed us by messaging that the booking with has no value and not confirmed, till we deposit another GBP 300. This all looks like a scam. Booking. Com should take off this property from the listing for the safety and security of its customers
