The hotel is historic and the acacia trees are beautiful. Checking in and communication could be better. We flew in and drove from Johannesburg, arrived late, and it took a while to sort out our rooms with the guard.

Breakfast was excellent. However, there was no plug for the kettle, no coffee—only tea—and no place to charge cellphones.
