“Hidden Gem!”
Hidden gem at the start of the main high street, La Sosta feels very safe and secure. The rooms are thoughtfully designed and include everything needed for a short stay; we were traveling for 5 weeks with 3 nights in Swellendam and had plenty of space for all our luggage. Our room was comfortable and quiet, with a large bathroom and a stoop outside for relaxing, and the pool and garden added lovely outdoor space after hiking in the Marloth Nature Reserve. The fabulous team looked after all our needs and the breakfasts were the icing on the cake—wake up hungry! The only disappointment was that the restaurant was closed during the evenings of our stay; if the breakfasts were anything to go by, the evening meals must have been spectacular.
