They offered a free drink per person, which was a nice perk, and the artificial hot spring left my skin smooth and warmed me through. There were phone chargers available, making the place feel very reasonable.

The staff were incredibly kind throughout my visit.

The dinner and breakfast were tastier than I expected and reasonably priced, but the phone staff were rude and that really put me off.
