The staff were very friendly and nice! The room was in perfect condition! It’s just outside Santiago, so you can arrive in a few hours, which is nice for hot days. The location is good for arriving early in Santiago, but it’s a very noisy area, both day and night, with a lot of street noise. That caused me some restlessness because I wanted to arrive in Santiago the next day. The operators can’t do anything about that. They do provide earplugs, which I find very thoughtful.
