The surroundings and views were beautiful, but I must formally complain about my recent stay. The room was in bad condition: the windows were filthy outside and looked like they hadn’t been washed in years. The amenities were poorly maintained— the TV remote had a dead battery, the fridge had no water or snacks, and the in‑room phone didn’t work. The stickers on the dialing pad were so worn that the tiny print was unreadable. The front desk staff were slow and unwelcoming, and the breakfast hostesses were equally disappointing. On Oct 11th, we had seven more guests join us for breakfast, making a total of ten people. Even though we gave the restaurant staff a two‑hour heads‑up, they seated our group at separate, far‑away tables at the back of the restaurant. The dismissive attitude of the hostesses is completely unacceptable. Your staff would benefit from professional training on basic guest relations and how to accommodate large dining parties. Given all these oversights in room maintenance and customer service, I request that you investigate these matters immediately.
