“Great place to stay with the kindest workers”
The breakfast was excellent, the pool was beautiful with amazing views, and it was close to the castle wall. The shower was a bit disappointing.

The location is beautiful and quiet, and the hotel has everything meticulously taken care of.
“Exceeded Expectations - comfortable room with warm staff and great location”
The hotel actually surpassed our expectations; it felt like stepping back into history, which was part of its charm. Our room was fantastic, offering views of the chapel next to the hotel and the old fortress wall. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices to please everyone. The parking garage was convenient, though finding a spot to park and knowing where to actually park was a bit difficult; I’d suggest having a few spots reserved for loading and unloading. The staff were great, and they hosted a welcome happy hour with free wine and snacks that was unexpected. The location was excellent, close to the arch and almost right in the middle of the old town when you walk up to it. No negatives.

The proximity to the castle and its overall ambiance were highlights. However, plugs were a bit scarce for charging electronics, which is to be expected. The bed and floors squeaked, which fits an old establishment, especially one that embraces a medieval theme.
