The area is close to the garden and far from Johannesburg, but the staff are exceptional, helpful, and especially friendly, and the food is very tasty. The location is far and the road is dark at night.

The view over the river is outstanding, yet the room did not meet expectations: the chair was dirty, furniture had grime, and the balcony was untidy. The food was good, but the preparation time was too long.

The Deluxe suites are roomy, offer great river views from the balcony, and the staff are excellent. The location is superb and the food is good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the room was damp, musty, and moldy, so we had to change it because of the odor. We were very disappointed, though the food was okay.
