When my wife and I pulled up, there was nothing at all; it looked like an abandoned building. The stained tiger‑stripe carpet that covered the entire building looked like it had been there since the early ’60s, and the hallway smelled like a porta‑potty. When we left to exit the side of the building, drug addicts were high and knocked out on the curb right in front of the door. The staff were extremely disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. A gentleman was walking around barefoot. I had booked the room and chosen to pay in person. I had one debit card, but they charged my card that was. They asked for my debit card in person, so I gave them my second bank card and they charged it right in front of me. I received notifications and the money was taken from my bank account, not once but twice, even though I showed them the charges and they said it wasn’t them. On the merchant side, it had their hotel name both times, and 30 minutes later they charged me again. I was going to stay there that night, but I left after the first night.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the building’s exterior needs a huge makeover. The front doors were in horrible condition, the hallway floor was uneven making walking difficult, and the bathroom was in poor condition.

Coffee and a king‑size bed were great, but there were no fresh towels, no mirror in the room, and the room was dirty. There is no kitchenette even though the listing says there is a kitchen when you reserve the room.
