Everything. From the kindness of the host, Christine, who provided breakfast each day, to the beautiful patio and garden area. Close to Stratford‑upon‑Avon and a short drive from other Cotswolds villages. Enjoyed seeing the new calves that arrived while we were there and chatting with the farmer. Added to our enjoyment of our stay there. Nothing.

We adored the separate living room stocked with a sofa, table, chairs, microwave, fridge, and sink—perfect for whipping up our own snacks. The rural spot was easy to locate and offered great access to Stratford‑upon‑Avon, Evesham, and the surrounding gardens. It ranks among the finest B&Bs I've stayed in over 40+ years of holidaying in England. The place was flawless for us, with no drawbacks at all.

Brookleys felt like a home away from home; Christine was a lovely host, and the house was relaxing, comfortable, and impeccably clean—especially appreciated during one of the hottest weeks of the year while I was working at the festival at Ragley Hall.
