“Tuina looks better. Go with a day trip from somewhere close but don’t stay.”
The beach is nice, but that isn’t really part of the property. The management, the food, and the place itself feel a bit run down.
“Mal”
The place looks nice during the day, but the owners’ service leaves much to be desired; there’s no gluten‑free option and the shower water is cold.
“Una experiencia afectada por la falta de empatía”
I had this place on my bucket list and was thrilled to finally check in. The setting is gorgeous, surrounded by nature, and you can see how much effort went into creating a cozy and unique vibe. Unfortunately, the management ruined the experience; the manager shows no empathy, common sense, or customer‑service training. Her manner is unfriendly, condescending, and she barely listens to guests. Despite the beautiful surroundings, I don’t want to return.
“Top”
Nature, décor, animals, breakfast, and staff were all fantastic; the bed comfort and the dog that slept next to our bungalow each night were lovely. Everything was open, so there was a slight sense of insecurity at night.
“Bonic allotjament enmig de la natura dominicana”
A pleasant experience surrounded by nature, but you cannot pay by credit card—only cash or bank transfer with high foreign‑exchange fees, which is impractical for tourists staying more than one night. The price claims a high‑category eco‑sustainable status, yet the payment options and overall professionalism fall short.
