The staff did everything they could. The hotel was infested with rats, the environment was dirty, and the power was unstable – only about 2‑3 hours per night. I couldn’t sleep at all. It was a terrible experience and I won’t recommend it to anyone who cares. The facility was awful; I had to cancel the reservation after the first night and asked for a refund.

Nothing at all. Total disappointment and dissatisfaction. I been using for over 15years. You can check ur records for my name. I couldn’t understand how this kind of place will be listed under . It was an F9 hotel. Total failure. Room doors bad, mould all over the wall. Damp and very dirty bed wears. Worn out pillows also dirty. TV not working, bad bathroom sink, no water, I sat down till morning because I arrived very late. Tried few hotel around and they were filled . Nothing was manageable. I left without brushing or bathing. Very unbelievably but 100% truth

The entrance and general environment were very unpleasant, with people openly smoking weed around the property and approaching guests. The apartment itself also appears to need a complete overhaul and renovation. The overall condition was far below what I expected or what was presented. Honestly, the place looked severely neglected and unfit for me to stay in, so I had no choice but to refuse to check in. Unfortunately, I could not check in because the apartment and its surroundings were extremely dirty and poorly maintained.
