The staff were very kind and super helpful, even though the reception desk was often empty. The bathroom felt cramped and the shower was inconvenient.

Check‑in and check‑out were hassle‑free, the apartment was nice, and everything needed was available. Everything was fine, except that the street is very noisy early on weekdays if you live on the ground floor.

The hotel sits in a quiet, majestic part of town and the building itself is quiet; you can walk everywhere and the stairs are manageable for most people. It has all the essentials for a short stay in Copenhagen. When we arrived on a Sunday evening the room wasn’t ready, but the staff fixed it and apologized with a charming gift the next day, so everything worked out. We had an excellent time and enjoyed our vacation a lot! The only suggestion is a longer power cable for the kettle; next to its spot on the fridge there are no outlets, so we had to put it on the floor while boiling water.

The place was clean and the beds were decent, but there was no soundproofing between floors and the children running above made thundering noise from six in the morning.
