I liked the room, but the food was very bad and the buffet restaurant staff were terrible; they didn’t monitor the tables and you had to stand up to get everything you needed. I think there are many things that could be improved for a hotel like this. The reception staff were friendly, especially the guy named Moreno Winder, who was very nice and helpful.

The facilities were fine, yet after staying at Bahia Principe for four consecutive years, this latest visit was the most unpleasant, with staff appearing angry and unhelpful, and the offered services like the show were poor; it used to be a good hotel, but now there are many better options for the price.
