I didn’t like anything at all. I regret that this accommodation is rated 4 stars and urgently needs infrastructure and staff training improvements. The old hotel requires immediate maintenance work. The pool area (SPA) smells like sewage. Common areas have terrible lighting. The staff are completely amateurish. On Sunday we arrived for breakfast at 9:15 am, and all the unused tables were still up (more than six tables with used dishes piled up), no table was set, most of the food displays (bread, cheese, ham, juices, fruit…) were empty or nearly empty, and the only staff member in the room was utterly perplexed when we asked him to set a table for four and restock the breakfast items, even asking us specifically what we wanted instead of checking the many missing items.
