I was thoroughly disappointed with the appearance of this hotel, which left a negative first impression. The property's aesthetic was uninviting, and it didn't make me feel welcome.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the one hand, the staff were incredibly accommodating and courteous, going out of their way to help me with my luggage and other needs. However, I was disappointed to find that the hotel seemed woefully underprepared for the influx of guests, which was likely due to a nearby sports event at Gandhi park. This resulted in delays in checking in and some unpleasant situations, such as rooms not being clean and guests being reallotted to different rooms.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a bit of a disaster. Despite my booking being confirmed, the staff seemed to have lost my reservation, leaving me without a room. I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
