I stayed in a compact room that lacked a wardrobe, and the bed was a bit noisy; the Wi‑Fi was unreliable, but the location was convenient, the staff were friendly, the balcony offered mountain views, the A/C worked well, and the shared kitchen was handy.

It’s close to the park, within walking distance of eateries and city infrastructure. The place is clean, cozy, and shares a kitchen among several rooms with utensils. There’s a small balcony. The host is polite and speaks a bit of Russian. Wi‑fi in our room was weak; we had to step into the common corridor near the exit to get a signal. The bathroom ventilation seemed poor—leaving the forced ventilation on was necessary to avoid a smell, though it wasn’t a problem for us. The public park area is either along the road (availability uncertain) or on the square across the street.

The location is good, the room is comfortable, clean and cozy with a stunning view from the window. The only downside was that there were no spoons.

The location is good, the host is responsive and let us check in early. The kitchen is equipped, and the balcony offers a beautiful view. Everything was fine except minor drainage issues in the bathroom and a slightly squeaky bed, but that didn’t ruin the overall impression.

“Normal”

The location was really good, close to everything. The balcony and view were nice, and the staff were friendly. However, the place wasn’t clean, it’s an attic with a steep staircase that’s hard to climb with luggage, and the AC blows directly at the bed so it can’t be kept on at night.
