The staff were kind. In the bathroom the ventilation fan ran all night and didn’t stop even after the power was cut; we reported it, but they couldn’t give us a different room type. The staff tried to fix everything.

The bathroom cleaning is far below what it should be. There is no mini‑fridge in the room.

The four‑person camera‑room was wonderful—spacious, tidy, with a balcony and plenty of room. Breakfast was very good, with many choices, fresh food prepared on site. A free parking lot right in front of the hotel was a big help. On the first floor there’s a shared kitchen equipped with a fridge and a table. The balcony, however, has nothing on it; a small table and two chairs would be nice. Also, the kitchen’s fridge lacks a freezer, which was a problem for us because we needed to store cold‑pack capsules and couldn’t get any accommodation for that.
