I wasn't happy with the water pressure—it felt like it could cut or break skin—and I had to pay to watch any TV, which is free everywhere else I've been.

Very basic. My husband and I stayed one night while traveling on 11/26/25; I was exhausted and sick when we arrived. No shampoo was provided. The staff were very pleasant, but I was charged twice for the night—once by the booking agent and again at check‑in by the Extended Stay. The check‑in desk was closed in the morning when we left around 8, so I couldn't resolve it then. I remained ill for several days afterward and couldn't address the double charge, and I still haven't been refunded.

It was relatively cheap, but not all employees know how to do their jobs or even show up at the front desk when someone has been waiting for 10 minutes. One person even charged a pet rent to a registered ESA, which violates Colorado state law and the Fair Housing Act. The rest of the front desk staff were great, accommodating, and super friendly aside from that poorly‑mannered individual.

The refrigerator was a plus, but the bed, pillows, window blinds, shampoo, TV, and hand towels were missing.
