I had a thoroughly disappointing experience at this hotel. The only redeeming quality was its prime location. However, the staff's incompetence and lack of courtesy were staggering. The rooms were poorly equipped, with a non-functional phone that they claimed to be fixing for four nights, and no cleaning or towel changes. The bathroom was basic, with only a bar of soap and two sachets of shampoo. The in-room bar was stocked with nothing, not even water or a kettle.

My stay at this hotel was hot and uncomfortable, literally. The only positive note was the breakfast, and the fact that water is essential but not available. Unfortunately, the rooms didn't have air conditioning, making the space feel stifling and hot.

My experience at this hotel was marred by poor service and overpricing. The one thing I liked was its scenic location on the Nile. However, the staff seemed reluctant to provide any service unless asked, and even then, it was often delayed. I requested coffee in the morning, but it didn't arrive until after breakfast. The prices for services were arbitrary and inflated, with one item costing five times its market price. The breakfast was initially compulsory but limited in choice.
