The room was wonderful, clean, and spacious, but the breakfast seating became chaotic and not very functional when busy.

Broken elevators and a room view that was just the air‑conditioning unit gave me a 5.0/10 rating.

The property is amazing, the beds are super comfortable and the pillows feel like heaven, but it’s a bit disappointing that a place this large doesn’t have bellmen.

The room was comfortable, clean and inviting; during a major storm we lost electricity, the hotel had no generator for backup power, yet the staff responded very quickly.

The hotel building is very impressive, the rooms are large and spacious, the beds are comfortable, and there are many tidy seating areas, but the GPS doesn’t work well in the city, making it hard to reach the hotel, and the advertised pool no longer exists.
