I've travelled to 35+ countries and not once have I have so many check in requirements. Refused entry at 6.30/7pm even though travelling with a 1 year old baby as wasnt able to give my visa details even though they had my passport copies. Manager was rude and do not recommend at all. Avoid at all costs

The staff seemed to know very little. Even though the menu says all‑day dining, the person at reception was unhelpful and turned us away.

The front desk could be a bit warmer—just a friendly smile and welcome would change everything, but we appreciated the early check‑in. The porter who stowed our luggage was very sweet and helpful, and the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area and gym, however, need updating.
