I couldn't see that our room was not in the main building when I booked; it turned out to be in the Vis‑a‑vis. The Vis‑a‑vis room was fine, but we had expected a main‑house room, so that was a bit disappointing. The food was excellent and the wellness area was gorgeous.

The staff were totally lovely, the renovation was super nice, and getting a room upgrade felt like a dream! Everything else was perfect.

A solid wellness and ski hotel that really impressed me; everything was top‑class and the staff were incredibly friendly. The price is hefty, but the quality justifies the cost everywhere these days.

The hotel was very child‑friendly and the spa area was clean and spacious. The suite’s bathroom was so tiny that no other person could fit while showering, and at breakfast the staff forgot my order even though the hotel was only half full.
