Accommodation was close to the trail to Buchlov Castle, beautiful surroundings, a large well‑equipped apartment, comfortable beds. Further from the center, closed restaurant.

I stayed in a great place close to the city centre and still within walking distance to Buchlov, with modern furnishings that were spotlessly clean. I appreciated the super comfortable beds, the air‑conditioning, and the little extras like coffee, tea, sugar, and spices. The owners were pleasant, communication was excellent, and the garden seating was lovely for both kids and our little hamster.

The hosts were very accommodating and allowed us to bring our dog. The room’s air‑conditioning was excellent, especially when temperatures hit 38° and above. There was a small but practical kitchenette. The room itself was tiny yet nicely and practically set up, perfectly adequate for our needs. However, we couldn’t lock the shower or toilet, which bothered me a lot. The shower had no basin, so water splashed across the entire floor. Around the shower there was a toilet, so after using the shower there was a slipping hazard if someone went to the toilet, and the water spread into the hallway and the room. Unfortunately, we couldn’t order breakfast; the pension does not provide meals.

The apartment building was clean and tastefully furnished, with a parking space available. It sits in a quiet part of the city, a good distance from the main Brno – Starý Hrozenkov line. The shared fridge was for several rooms, and the shared stove with a small kitchenette was located in the hallway; that works for a short stay, but for a longer visit I’d think twice about this accommodation.
