“Amazing location and wonderfully helpful staff.”

The location is spectacular—we didn’t expect to be right on the river. The room was clean, but we found someone else’s clothing peeking out from under the bed, well hidden in the carpet, and the cleaners are (thankfully) still human, I guess.

“Onsen na zewnątrz - jest coś lepszego?”

Huge rooms with a view of the lake, an outdoor onsen that’s a total game changer. The check‑in was listed as 19:00, but we arrived around 21:00 and the registration went smoothly. The reception only speaks Japanese, but they gladly use a translator if you have any questions.

The onsen was nice, but the hotel is far from town.
