The location was excellent. The fridge in the room was quite noisy and should be replaced.

It was very close to everything: the old bridge, galleries, museums, and the Pitti Palace, and it was quiet enough for rest.

The location is amazing and the staff are friendly. The rooms aren’t very sound‑proof and I was woken by conversations outside.

The location was very good. Breakfast was appropriate. The room was comfortable with a mini‑fridge. The stairs up there have no elevator.
