The single room was very pretty and clean, came with a kettle and two tea bags, and the breakfast was excellent; however, in room 20 the shower had no hot water, so I couldn’t shower.

The metro is close enough to be a real advantage, the room was tidy and fully equipped, and the staff—though only a few spoke English—were genuinely helpful and pleasant. The mattress was extremely hard, and the in‑room breakfast lacked variety.

The service was terrible, and the room had all the amenities, but the service was awful.

Everything was great: the room, the location, and the staff. The only drawback is that if the window faces the street, traffic noise is very audible.
