When we arrived, we were upgraded to a better room at no extra cost. The room was very beautiful, with a kitchen, lovely views, and several seating areas. The pool was a nice feature, and the location was excellent—we really enjoyed our stay.

If I ever go back to Ubud, I would definitely return to this hotel 100%. The staff and the rooms were the highlights. We had an issue exchanging money at an exchange in Ubud, and the hotel owner helped us recover it. The pool is well maintained and offers 10‑degree views. The staff were friendly, the place was clean, and the service was excellent.
