“Avoid this place”
The location was fine, but the management was rude and unprofessional, and housekeeping performed terribly. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly; when I first asked for housekeeping, the staff said there would be none unless we were checking out. The next night a staff member yelled at my husband that they needed to clean the room, so we let them in immediately. An older man then told us we had to check out the next day because of a smell, so we took our own garbage out to avoid it. Management lied, claiming they’d spoken to our third‑party booking site, but when I called that site they had no record of it; I ended up on hold while they called the hotel to sort it out. There was constant yelling in Spanish, and some of the cleaners smelled awful, making me gag. The cleaning crew just walked away with our door wide open and never said they were finished. It was awful.
