The breakfast was decent and the location was great! Everything met my expectations, though I think the towels are a bit stiff.

The house was gorgeous, rooms were spotless and spacious.

The proximity to the historic centre was flawless… bars and eateries were practically next door. The only flaw we noticed, staying four people for three days, was that the shower towels weren’t changed daily. The air‑conditioning was not very effective because the power switch stayed attached to the key‑chain and couldn’t be left on, so the room stayed warm. Other than that I have nothing to complain about. Beaches are reachable by car, and places like Peschici, Vieste, Rodi, Garganico are nearby.

The property is very beautiful and large, especially considering its ultra‑central location. We’ll definitely come back.
