We enjoyed a lovely suite overlooking the tree‑lined square on Friedrichstraße; the room was beautiful and the beds comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times, and the hotel’s central location was absolutely perfect.

The hotel’s location couldn’t be better—every district was easy to reach on foot or by S‑bahn. Reception and breakfast service were courteous, friendly, and helpful, and the breakfast itself was excellent; I’ll definitely return.

I was able to check in before 15:00, which was great, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is in a top location, the rooms are very quiet with comfortable beds, and although I didn’t use the breakfast or restaurant, it’s good to know they’re available.

The location is very good, but on the day of departure the receptionist was unfriendly toward me. I considered complaining but decided to let it go to avoid escalating the situation.
