Hotel Helgeand Wisby

The renovated old building looked stylish and offered modern amenities; the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, catering even to special diets, and the tea selection was superb, available throughout the day and in the evening, with coffee also offered during the day. The location was great. Parking and car charging were available in the inner courtyard for a fee. The rooms were spacious. The hotel rooms were spread across several buildings, and ours was on the street side, so the street produced some car noise, though it wasn’t overly disruptive. The inner courtyard building was almost silent from traffic, and the breakfast room was a bit cramped.

The breakfast was outstanding, featuring homemade bread, cake, granola, and more; there were many options and an extensive selection of delicious teas from a local tea company. No complaints.
