“Not to good”

I’m still waiting for my deposit to be credited to my account. The non‑smoking room smells like cigarettes even though I don’t smoke, and there’s a gas smell inside and outside the room. The breakfast was almost nothing—just bananas and cold cereal.

“Terrible”

When I arrived the place was clean, but the breakfast was a disappointment: only old bread, yogurt, and a waffle maker with stale batter. The gym was advertised but completely broken, and the cleaning staff didn’t always show up.

“Decent value but not the best design”

It was clean, efficiently laid out. That I had to pay a $50 "security deposit." If you paid via credit card, you'd have it returned via the next billing cycle. I was lucky that I had enough cash on me. Also, the heater/AC was located 1 foot away from the bed, so noise and fan were issues. It also would not allow me to set a temp less than 77 degrees. It was late, I was tired, so I did not bother asking for a fix or a different room. Exterior room numbers were so small you had to get out of your car to read the number/find your room

The shower was full of hair and the bathroom floor had hair too, plus something stuck to the walls near the lamp on the desk. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed well—lashes got caught on the bottom of my foot as soon as I arrived.

“It was average”

The location was in a quiet area, but breakfast lacked meat and eggs. They also charged the wrong card, and the pet fee I saw on the booking page changed when I got there; I thought it was included. It felt like a bait‑and‑switch.
